Holy Leg Cramps Batman
I woke up this morning with absolute piercing pain in both of my calves. I seriously felt paralyzed from the pain. And I had to pee so badly. I hate these calf pains. To me it's one of the worst parts of being pregnant. And now my calves have hurt all day and my body just feels tired today. Ugh!
I just had to share my pain.

I've gotten these my whole life, so I'm sure it's about to get a whole lot worse... 
A trick that a friend told me was this: If you feel it coming on, but flex your feet back as much as you can--this will stop it in its tracks. I couldn't believe it the first time I did it-it really works!!!!
Also, I NEVER stretch my legs by pointing my toes anymore, I find this makes it come on much more often!

My Aunt SWEARS that if you go to a cool tile floor and stand there flat footed it goes away immediately. I have yet to try...
