Holy Surprises!!
I got a real shocker today!! I got a letter in the mail from my boss. It was an extremely sweet and touching letter thanking me for all my hard work over the past year. The last line say we just wanted to pamper you for all your hard work and attached is a BIG AZZ BONUS check!!! They gave me a whole months pay!! How awesome is that. I didn't even know they gave bonuses. This was sooo unexpected, I started crying. I feel like I hit the lottery or something. I love love love my company. They are so into making sure their employees are taken care of on a daily basis and this was just a cherry on top today. They really care about their employees and I feel soo lucky to have found this company. I have never in my life loved a job so much!! Thanks for letting me share my excitement for today!!!
Oh and as an added bonus today, we received a $100 giftcard from newsday for subscribing.
It was just a great mail day all around!!

I'm a special ed teacher for a private company in queens.
The gift card is a visa giftcard, just for signing up for newsday, some promotion they have going on!!

Thanks girls..DH and I have been having some fun getting things here and there that we wanted and I think we are going to go away for a weekend next month..I am dying to go to the smithsonian for some reason!! Its like found money, so we are having fun playing with a little bit and the rest is heading into savings in the morning!!
