Home inspection for home buyers -rec needed
Hello!
My brother and sister in laws need an inspector. unfortunately my recommendation is out of town and they need it done this weekend.
can you please recommend yours?
Not the ones the DavaDay used? I hope?

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!!! I've referred him to a bunch of my friends too that have all used him and loved him as well. He is VERY nice and VERY thorough. The report you rec is so comprehensive and arrives to you in a matter of days. He walked DH thru the inspection point by point and explained to him the issues and gave him tips how to fix it (ie - call a professional for this, or you can fix it on your own by doing a, b, c, d, etc). I live in Massapequa and he came to me, but I know he goes all over the island b/c I referred him to a friend in Suffolk and he went to her too.
I just looked at his report and the full report with termite inspection was $475. This was a little over a year and a half ago.
I'm sorry if this is the same person DavaDay used. I don't know who she used - but again, personally, LOVED Jason!!!!
