We used Home Sweet Home Inspections from Ridge, NY, but they cover Nassau and Suffolk. I know SweetTooth and MrsFlatbread used them as well.

We used NPI (National Property Inspectors), they do the inspection plus the termite inspection. They were very, very thorough. They went around, made notes, took pictures and then took me through the house, and showed me every tiny detail of what needed to be fixed, updated,etc. And even told me "how" to fix certain things.

The one thing that stuck out to me was I was there w/o my DH and they did not treat me like I was "just" a woman. That meant a lot to me!
