A friend of ours is an engineer and when he thought that he wouldn't be able to do our inspection (he was busy) that is who he recommended.

Korine Associates. Avi Korine did ours and I loved him.....he was beyond thorough and it included a termite inspection

use steve feldman from Win home inspection. HE IS AMAZING!!!!! we've used him on 2 homes already. Fair price too considering what everyone else charges. a few other people on here used him and liked him as well!
