Home Remedies For Morning Sickness
Anyone tried the following? I saw it on a blog site. Eating and drinking often helped me.
------------------------------------------------- A few home remedies to overcome morning sickness are:
.Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed.
.Half a teaspoon of cumin seed powder mixed with a teaspoon of honey before breakfast helps to fight nausea.
.Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a tablespoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day.
.Take a teaspoon each of fresh mint juice lemon juice, and a table spoon of honey thrice daily.
.A cup of tea with some biscuits on waking up helps in preventing morning sickness.
.Taking a multivitamin especially VitB6 at the time of conception and in early pregnancy helps prevent severe morning sickness.
.Make sure your stomach is never completely empty.Always nibble a fruit, cheese or crackers throughout the day.
.Sniff a fresh lemon peel whenever nauseated.
.Eat whatever appeals to you, as long as you're not eating junk food.
.Try taking 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon honey in cold water before bed.
.Get plenty of rest.If you are vomiting a lot,try limiting your diet to a single food, one that you know you can tolerate. Add one additional food per day as you can tolerate them.
.Instead of eating your foods, try to drink them,it’s easier for your body to digest a milk shake or fruit shake instead of having to chew them.
