It's not standard procedure to give every woman a pregnancy test upon admission to a hospital. They usually just ask you if there is any chance you could be pregnant. A woman could very well be treated in a hospital setting while being pregnant without anyone at the hospital knowing. (But this is TV anyway).

There is no way Saul knows that Carrie is pregnant. He would not allow her to go rogue like that while pregnant. The medications she got in the hospital are very bad for a pregnancy, Saul would not put her in danger like that...

I am obsessed with this show. DH and I didn't catch on until season 2 ended and everyone was talking about it. We watched Season 1 and 2 in a weekend like 2 derelicts lol. We kept saying "Ok, just one more......ok, just one more" and ended up watching both seasons. It's so hard to wait a week now, haha
