I started small Organic raw almonds, 1½ cups Filtered water, 4 cups For minimum six to eight hours, soak almonds in water. (I only soaked them for3 hours, my blender did well) Then, drain the water and blend the almond with... 4 cups of water until it reaches milk like consistency. After that, strain the mixture to remove almond skin and granules ( I used a cheesecloth over a strainer) You can store almond milk in an air-tight jar in the refrigerator for four to five days. Good luck

Just add choco powder or chopped up cocoa pieces. I think am going to try that next! thanks.
