Homemade recipes that you can freeze for quick meals

Any suggestions? I'm bored w/what I've got

I will share one that we use pretty often:

Individual meatloaves

1 egg
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup ketchup or steak sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Parsley Flakes
2 tablespoons Minced Onion
1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon Basil Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
Directions


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine first 8 ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup ketchup.
Mix thoroughly; shape into 8 loaves.

Combine reserved 1/4 cup ketchup, basil and oregano; spoon over loaves.

Bake about 35 mins
