I want to say about 2-300 a year...It's more if you add on jewelry but I remeber it was low without it. Sorry I can't be more specific, HTH!

Could you send me the link to one of them?

Was it an online calculator or request a quote?

We have a townhouse and I think it's about $300/yr through Allstate. $1000 seems really high for a condo, but it also depends on whether or not you add on riders for different things like jewelry.

AllState.

And it depends alot on what you "own" on your condo. Meaning, I only own from the studs in, so the management company (and us through our maint. each month) pick up the "BIG" insurance (including flood).

My policy is just for anything that happens within my walls.

We had Allstate as well. They only asked what we valued the contents of our condo at. It does go up, as previoulsy posted, if you have a rider for jewelry or anything like that extra.
