i heard about not having honey during pregnancy but are u allowed fat free honey mustard drssing??? TIA

I believe you shouldn't have honey because it isn't pasturized but every doctor is different and will tell you what to stay away from.

I'm not sure about while you’re pregnant but you’re not supposed to give it to children under 1.
It actually says it right on the label so I would ask.
E.T.S after re-reading your post you know about the honey thing you were asking something else. Sorry no help
