my mother's day brunch menu
bagels (1.5 per person)
cream cheese (regular and whipped)
brie wrapped in philo with a cranberry demi-glase
fresh veggies and chips for dipping
lox
tomato
cucumber
onion
chopped liver
mixed green salad with dressing (mix mandarin oranges and Italian dressing)
tuna fish salad (for 12 people I make 3 large size cans)
egg salad (for 12 people I make a dozen eggs)
cake
cookies
white sangria (apples, oranges, grapes, lemon, white wine, orange juice, sugar - need to make tomorrow)
orange juice
apple juice
water
iced tea
coffee
tea
milk
fresh lemon

I'm doing bagels: quiches; danish: proscuitto and melon; and fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil. I'm also doing coffee, tea and mimosas.

This is pretty last minute for 20 so I would go easy on yourself
Bagels and cream cheese with salmon if you want or not
Spinach and ham fritatta
Veggie Fritatta
Mixed green salad
Assorted juice, coffee, tea
Bacon/Sausage
Eggs
You could also do some muffins or a french toast bake.
