Hot Crab Dip recipe?
Anyone have an amazing one to share? I bought lump crab meat and was hoping to make a dip for Christmas Eve. Thanks

Re: Hot Clam Dip recipe?
Here's how we do it:
1 can fresh lump crabmeat 1/4 teaspoon creamy horseradish 1 small tub of soft cream cheese 2 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion ground pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Place in pie plate (or any small dish similar size). Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes until bubbly.
You can also put sliced almonds on top instead of or in addition to the breadcrumbs, but my son is allergic so we leave those off

That's what I do too....I have a double portion already made for tomorrow. I do add a little cayenne pepper for an extra kick. We've been making it since I was about 6years old.
This year I am trying it stuffed into crescent roll halves, instead of treating it like a dip.
