I know I posted that I would start this week, however, got on the scale yesterday and when I thought I gained, I ended up losing 1.5lbs I don't know how, but, I am confident I can keep it up. Ive been taking Bryan out on walks so far every day this week. Now, I need the will power to avoid cookies and get on the bike. TY so much for starting this. It definitley helps.

down 2 lbs but only b/c I have some sort of stomach virus!!! stomach is still rumbling today but at least Im not running to the bathroom anymore!!!! Congrats to those who lost!!!!!!!

I had the flu so I was able to lose about 3 pounds this week. I am thinking of joing weight watchers sat. Also, someone told me now that I am 3 months PP and my stomach isnt so raw...that I should try a slimmer because it will help get my stomach back in shape and strengthen the muscles. Anyone know if this is true?

Other than walking and baby yoga today, I feel like a blob. I have been eating way too much junk food and ice cream. Unfortunately I am not one of those moms who lost weight breast feeding.

Don't feel bad neither was I. It helped me maintain because man did I pack on the pounds when I stopped. Hey don't be down on yourself. walking and yoga is great.

I just saw this and thinks its a great idea. I'd like to participate- I hope you don't mind me starting late. I'll just have a bit less time than the rest of you guys!
Anyway- Hi all! My name is Nancy and I have a 3 month old DD named Sydney.
I'd like to lose 20lbs. and get down to a size 4.
I've started watching what I eat and drinking lots of water. I totally gave up soda which was hard for me.
I've been trying to get on the elliptical trainer at least 2x a week. I also am trying to squeeze in a pilates tape a few days.
My only worry is I'll be going back to work and I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to fit in the workouts. Any advice?
Also- good luck to everyone!! There's going to be lots of hot moms on the beaches of Long Island this summer!!
