Hot Mother's Day Moms-Week 3
Sorry for the late post. I spaced before we headed out to the gym. So how is everyone doing? I was down just under a pound at WI this week. I was definitely hoping for more than that so I was a little . I didn't let it derail me though. I had a good weekend overall and had a great 90 minute workout at the gym this morning. We finally decided and booked our trip to Mexico so that is even more motivation for me to keep at it.

I lost 1.4lbs. this week, but I didn't really try. I ate cookies all weekend, but still, I weighed myself this morning and down 1.4. I think I'm PMSing, so that's probably contributing to me needing to have cookies as a staple of my diet I think I need a little motivation because I seem to lose even when i'm eating junk because I just dropped my points, so I am taking for granted that I'm automatically losing weight right now. Not good, I need to eat more veggies this week.

Last week was not great, didn't work out at all, but I made up for it this morning! Will try for consistency this week - this challenge is definitely motivating me!!!

Last week great. The weekend (again) horrible. DH made fried fish & chips for dinner.
Still plugging along, counting points. I've asked DH to figure out how to fix the treadmill. Weigh in is on Wednesday. Hopefully I have something- ANYTHING to show for it.

I have my weigh in tonight.
I am not sure about this week, it was my birthday and my mom took me out for a birthday dinner and on saturday I had half a piece of chocolate cake. I also drank one more soda than I am allowing myself..I am allowing myself one every Friday but we shall see.

I am frustrated
I was doing great, and this week I weigh myself and I'm up a pound. Granted my scale is awful and fluctuates all the time but still...I need to walk in and rejoin WW but don't want it to be a waste of $$. I never stay for the meetings..
Any WW ladies, if you want, please FM me and we can chat. I need help with new foods and motivation!

I have been eating bad! TBAF made her arrival on Sat. after 11 months!!! I will still be brave and weigh in tomorrow AM...Im hoping my walks have helped a tiny bit, but, I think I gained.

Im down 6lbs total in about a month
Im loosing slowly, but Im being so good with eating healthy ah well, as my MIL says its better than GAINING even a pound
Ive been snacking on veggies, fruits, got my trader joe cat crackers for my choc fix. Have my WW brownie cakes.
today had tuna with FF mayo on a tiny pita pocket and a salad with gr chicken.
im doing core on my own.
Im using most of the flex points for things like wheat bread and the choc stuff, so im not going overboard.
Always skim with my coffee. 1 splenda lasts me like 4 cups, I just put a smidge of it, I hate overly sweet things.
I just need to do more weight training on top of the cardio to tone and firm up.

I'm down less than a pound this week. We had a rough week, but, I'm determined to stay on track this week! Anyone have any tips for healthy, QUICK dinners? I've been working a lot lately (I'm an accountant & it's tax season) and I just don't have the time or the energy to come home and cook.... Congratulations to everyone that lost this week!!!

Ok..well I weighed in tonight. I lost 1.8 pounds. My overall total is 5.4 in 2 weeks. Not too bad but I wish it could have been a little more. Although, I know what I did wrong this week. So hopefully this week, I will do better.
I will try my best to get some exercise in also.

Ds woke up at 4:30 til about 5:30 so I figured I might as well get up and work out. Did some cardio. I'm trying to eat right but exercise is the only way I'm going to lose the last 10 lbs...if I can do something 4 days/week I know I will see results, it's just consistency that I'm lacking...Here's to 2 consecutive days!!

Im down .5 this week. I cannot believe it. I know its not a lot, but, Im so happy!! Going to take Bryan for a walk today and maybe get on the bike! Im down 3.5 lbs total so far.

Horrible horrible and horrible. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost. Honestly, I haven't even tried though. I've been eating horribly and I haven't exercised. I've just had no motivation lately.

I actually gained 2 pounds! As usual, I eat pretty well during the week, but then the weekend comes around. Friday night I had Chinese food and drank with my sister. Saturday my friends and I went to the city for St. Pat's day and after a day of heavy drinking we went and got pizza. I ate 3, yes 3, slices. Sunday I ate a fatty breakfast sandwich, but then we were good for dinner and had turkey tacos. I need to kick my arse back in gear. I'm going to AC in 2 weeks and would like to lost atleast 5 pounds by then.

Same here I was good last week though.
I pushed my goal up (still Mother's Day), but my 30th birthday is the end of next month and I'd like to be at least 10lbs lighter, I'm pushing myself from now on!

The bad news: Still have not gotten my lazy arse on the elliptical and AF is coming so I know that number won't be staying where it is.
