Hot relaxing soothing bubble bath??

Ok-- so if I can't do a massage.. can I do a bath? I feel like pregos can't take baths either Chat Icon Chat Icon

sorry.....

if you DO take a bath, I'm fairly certain the water has to be slightly below body temp...

You absolutely can take a bath--just not very hot. My "craving" for my 1st pregnancy was a bath--I would take one at least 5 times a week during the 1st and 2nd trimesters!!

Everthing I read says you can take a tempid bath up until you lose your mucus plug. I'd do some research if I were you but I think you'll be fine!

My Ob said I could take a bath as long as the water was not too warm. She said if it makes your skin turn pink/red than it is too warm. I love baths and took them during my entire pg. I would ask you OB and see what they say.
