Hot Stone Massage
Last Christmas my husband gave me a gift certificate for a hot stone massage. I just called to make an appointment and they told me I should check with my doctor first. I was wondering if anyone has had a massage while being pregnant?

Massage is fine after the 1st trimester and as long as they know you are pregnant.
A Hot Stone massage though, can raise your body temperature, which can be harmful to the baby, so I would be cautious.
I've had Hot Stone Massages in the past and they can be intense. They also usually made me sweat.
I would definitely check with the doc first.

Unfortunately, hot stone massage is definately not recommend while PG
I would see if you can change the gift certificate it to a Pregnancy massage
