Hotel similar to Hershey but in tri-state area

Hi -

any recommendations for a similar hotel/resort in our area?
Looking for a great pool area for kids

Would love to find something in NJ/NY but will travel from Maryland/Delaware to Maine if needed.

eta - already booked Eden in Lancaster for one trip, looking for an additional getaway

TIA!

I would love to find a place with a great outdoor pool with a pool slide! Have yet to come across anything though.

We did Great Wolf last Summer, and while it was fun, we had to go OUTSIDE of the waterpark to cool off. It was about 110 degrees in there since they don't pump a/c into it! The outside pool is somewhat boring.

Haven't been to Hershey so I don't know how it compares but we went to Crystal Springs Grand Cascade Lodge in NJ (2 hr drive from LI) last month and had a great time. They had a large indoor pool with slide under a dome (Biosphere) and they have outdoor pools as well. They have a spa, golf courses, etc. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants have great food.

We had a 1-bedroom suite that was equipped with a better kitchen than what I have, washer/dryer, temperpeudic (sp?) mattress. It was nice. We were there for the weekend with our DS who is 2.5.
