House hunters, how many times a day do you check MLS?
As if something I haven't seen is going to magically appear....I check it too many times let's just say.

I check MLSLI once a day along with realtor.com and craigslist
You can set a search on MLSLI so that they email you any new or updated listings in your target areas.

Yes I just have listings emailed to me. Saves me the trouble of looking every day.

I get email updates of new house in the area we are looking in from realtors.
but I still check MLS about once day.

i was looking var. times during the day at one point. Then I realized nothing was going to change - so once a day usually in the morning.

I believe it only gets updated once a day at like 3am.

a few times a week...depending on how busy I am at work. there's usually not many new properties for what we are looking for.
