he's still trying to convince me of restoring a craftsman 5 minutes away from his restaurant...but its in the middle of mexican gang country.
That was dreamy until I got to the gang part

Townhome.
I think it will be an easier transition to upgrade from the townhome to the country house in a few years.

I think you have a nice lifestyle - and I would want to stay where I am-
so I would go for the townhouse

I would go for the townhouse. That area looks beautiful. But I don't think I could ever live in the "country" where I'm so far from everything.

I think that you are the one who is home with Josh all the time - and Leo works alot. Right now, at this time - the townhome seems to be a better fit.
Maybe in a few years from now you guys can move to the country - but it sounds like you have so much to do - and you've established a very nice life for yourself there - so I would stay.

I agree. If Leo was home more I would say the house in the country.
