House just went on the market today and
I'm so nervous!
We're closing on our new house soon and I hope this one can sell fast, so nerve racking!

First agent we were with for 3 months. we had one private showing, and one open house, no offers.
Second agent, within 2 weeks we had an accepted offer. We are set to go into contract next week.
(AND WE STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHERE WE ARE GOING  )
