We got something similar to this:

Although we didn't use this website, we got ours at the Wayne County Fair in PA.
We paid around $40 for it.

We have this one from Home Decorators (I've seen them at Home Depot too). We paid about 50 bucks, but I didn't really comparison shop, so you can probably find it cheaper. It looks really nice and I'm really happy with the quality of it.

They have these kits at Lowes and Home Depot where you put the numbers on yourself.
They're inexpensive...check it out
