The taxes are ridiculous - the back yard is huge though. Its a big house but way over priced.
They paid $489k for it in december 05...I guess they didnt realize the market has declined, not improved

I like the kitchen but not the price. And the set up of the furniture in the bedrooms tells me the rooms are probably very small.

The kitchen is a nice size for a levitt
The man that lived there before these people moved in last year or so redid the whole house inside. I havent seen it in person, but hopefully when the open house comes around I will take a look.
I dont know about the sizes of the bedrooms, but I will when I see it.
Nice that it has 2 fireplaces though

I didnt go look at it. I think the people were home and they know me so I didnt want to bother....I am sure there will be other times.
I was home for the first hour of the open house and I saw one family looking.....
Hopefully they will sell it soon but at that price I find it doubtful
