Re: Houston we have
I am starting to be glad I don't live in NY. This virus doesn't seem to be common here. Only one of my friend's kids have ever had it.
ETA: Hit reply too soon. I hope it passes quickly and Ryan is better really soon. Hopefully that was all of the fever.

Re: Houston we have
Oh no...
what are the first symptoms? How long does it take to set in?
Did anyone at the gtg have it?
I have a KILLER runny nose and sore nose today --- burning eyes....
And Emily did feel a little warm today although she was acting normal aside from being very very sleepy.....
I hope Ryan is OK .... did you take him to the dr yet?

Oh no...be careful, if she has it these first few days are SUPER contagious...I had all your symptoms and it only got worse, make Purell your best friend and don't let Emily drool on you or DH...
Hope this is NOT what we all have had...

Re: Houston we have
We were at my niece's christening yesterday----I can't even tell you how many people she could have exposed --- including my poor sister's 5 month old daughter and my 18 month old niece also.

I don't mean to alarm you, sorry...let's not call it anything until it is...
Bella infected me, my sisters (2 of 'em), my nephew (who infected two of HIS friends, who then infected their siblings), my sister's DH, my DH (not as bad), my MIL (also mild) and lord knows who else.

Goodness! Well, hopefully I just have a tiny cold and it is nothing -- and hopefully Emily doesn't get anything! I'm more concerned with her getting it! And of course passing it on to others!

Well at least you know why he has been so cranky. If she gets it, she gets it. Its not your fault, you had no idea Ryan was getting this.

Hope he feels better.
All four of us had this at the beginning of July and we cancelled our anniversary plans and my b-day plans. It does stink.

Re: Houston we have
I will call Jeanne and let her know so that she can alert any Moms that might have come into the Saturday class just in case.
As for us. We definitely have something going on here. I am looking for blisters but nothing yet.
