How can I improvise a cookie cutter?
I got gingerbread cookie dough and couldn't find cookie cutters at the last minute-- any thoughts??

I did this once when I was making a traditional middle eastern cookie.... I needed a clover shaped cutter that was only 1" in diameter.... not exactly easy to find!
In desperation, I folded heavy duty foil over several times to form a very thick strip. I then made the shape I needed and taped it shut
It was delicate, but with a thin dough, it sort of worked....
