how can we prevent ds from getting sick

I have been sick the last two days, jsut started on antibiotics yesterday, now DH is feeling sick, bad sore throat, I have strep, how can we prevent it from getting to DS.....I was hoping to jsut have DH take care of him bu now that he is not feeling well I think maybe I should since at least I've been on antibiotics for 24 hours......ughh, I hate being sick.

Only thing I can think of is

wash hands wash hand wash hands

Also see if you can still nurse. Since your body is already making antibodies, they're already in the bm supply.
