How come BBB/BRU doesn't send me coupons?
I signed up for their mailing lists months ago and am registered at both. I never get any coupons from them.

Do you have to use your rewards card to get the coupons mailed to you?

I never got the 10% completion coupon....
No. I don't have a rewards card at all. I was told that when you go to the store and they ask for your phone number that is how you get the coupons. I haven't been in forever, hence, no more coupons!

BuyBuyBaby only sends out coupons 3-4 times a year! The last mailing was right before X-Mas so its gonna be a few months before the next!

Apparently I wasn't included in the xmas mailing list.
I only know this because I had a long talk with the very nice manager who placed my furniture order but he also said that the mailing list is done through an outside company and it all depends on when you sign up if the computer will have you in on the upcoming mailing list (you'll be on it just might not receive the next one! So if you signed up right before the mailing went out then you most likely weren't added in time and will be included in the next one! Hope that makes sense

I just got the 10% completion coupon and I also get my rewards sent to me, but they never mailed me any other coupons I always get them at the store when I buy something.

i always get coupons with the book they sent me and i dont even have children. it must bc i aways sign up for things for my sister in law
