How did you act if you knew about your baby shower?

How did you act if you knew about your baby shower?
Did you pretend that you didn't know in front of your guests? I just found out about mine and I don't want to do that.
I'm not sure how I should act. Should I have DH walk me in and act surprised or just be there before guests arrive and help my mom and be like hey how are ya thanks for coming.
What did you do/What would you do?

My mom always said that if I found out to tell her and be there to greet my guests.
I guess that's what I would do if I found out.

I got there before the guests arrived and greeted them!! It moved everything along nicely.

I was talking with my mom last night and she told me she wants me to do that. Greet them at the door. I'm sure they will say hey what are you doing here and I'll just say oh I just found out about so I came early. Do you think that sounds stupid?
It just would be silly to me to pretend.

i was there when guests arrived, I had figured out my date and then my Dh stayed the whole time and some other husbands. The men had a great time as I did also.
I just came when my mom told me to and greeted guests it was fine.

I got there early and greeted guests as they arrived. It was nice because I felt like I was able to spend more time with people that I don't normally see!

I don't know if my baby shower is going to be a surprise, BUT, my bridal shower was supposed to be. The sruprise was blown about 3 hours before it started. There was NO way I would have disappointed my sister who went through so much effort to plan and try to keep it a surprise to do anything but walk in and act totally surprised.
