A combination of good genes, working out like crazy, eating a lot less and BF'ing.

For me it was time. I ate normal foods (tried weight watchers, but didn't last for long), didn't really work out (too tired with the little one), and eventually my body just went back to normal...but it took a lot longer than expected, probably close to one year!
