How did you/or will you tell your parents and in-laws?

I cannot keep this from my mom much longer. I saw her last night and almost slipped so many times.

We are probably going to tell our parents all together at dinner or something. What is a fun and memorable way to do it?

the first time i got my mom a card that said "congratulations on your promotion" and inside i added "from mom to grandma". i signed it "i can't wait to meet you--i'll be here around xxx date. love baby to be x" i also gave her a willow tree "grandma" figuirine.

i loved the way i did it and she was really happy. i had my whole family over so they could see her reaction.

with my in laws, we just went out to dinner and it was MIL's birthday. DH made a toast and ended it with something like "you new grandchild will be here xxxxx date". it wasn't as special, but it was perfect for my in laws.
