how did you tell your FRIENDS you were pregnant?

We didn't really do anything special. But my friends knew as soon as they offered me a drink and I said "I can't drink." I guess they saw the smile on my face! It was fun to tell my friends one by one!

I todl them all one by one and did each one in a different way. For my two very best friends, I actually showed one the BFP to help me confirm that it was IN FACT a BFP LOL...and for my other one, we were about to board a flight to LA when I had to tell her WHY I was so nervous...

It was def fun though!

It's early for me, I've only told 2 close friends.. one was telling about what's going on with her kids and said I'm waiting for the day you call me to tell me your finally pregnant... and I said "you mean like today's phone call?" She flipped!

We told a lot of them the same night at the firehouse. DH opened the bar and offered everyone a shot they all figured it out when I wasn't drinking.
Otherwise we called them then posted it on facebook

We didn't do anything special or creative- we called our closest friends and announced on fb to let everyone else know.

to tell my best friend: i was planning on waiting til i had my first appointment but one day i went to her house on my lunch break bc she was pretty down/upset bc we were having a problem with one of our friends. so we're sitting on the couch talking about it and i pull out my phone and say something like "oh great look what she just texted me" but instead of a "text" it was a pic of the positive pregnancy test!! i'll never forget her face!!

One couple knew we were having some trouble, so they asked how things were going and I said that we had decided to stop trying for awhile. After a couple seconds, I told them it was because we didn't need to anymore.

when i got engaged i took a picture of my ring and texted just that picture to my closest friends.

my close friends knew we had issues and knew we were doing IVF but they werent sure when we would get the results. i happened to be going to a concert with my closest friends the day i confirmed the second beta was rising. so when we met up i texted them a pic of the positive HPT's. it was cool cause i still got to be there to see their reactions.

One night we were going out to dinner with 6 of our closest friends and we couldn't decide where to go. My best friend is pregnant and we always make her pick whatever she feels like. Dh turned to us and said "so where do you pregos feel like going?" And everybody caught on. It was really cute. The rest of our friends still don't know.
