How did your DC do on their first day of school?
Kerri will be starting school in September and will be taking a bus. I am nervous of how she will react. How did your DC act when they first went on a bus or went to school? She will be 3.

For my guys the orientation was filled with tears and a little anxiety.. but the actual first day was okay. Robbie was super excited about taking the bus.. but got really nervous when the bus actually got there and he had to get on it!  The bus was easier for NoNo because he got to take it with Robbie.
Despite any nervousness, both came home breathless with excitement and filled with stories about their big adventure!
ETA: I just realized you were talking about pre-K. Robbie was easy.. Noah cried and clung to my leg every new school year for a good week. But that was because I dropped him off AT the school. I think the bus will make it easier.. especially on you!
The first days of school are definitely hardest on MommY!
