Re: How do I research a Breeder
When I was thinking about getting a puppy I did some research:
A reputable breeder doesn't breed all year round. It's typical to have to wait for puppies.
They normally don't have more than 2 breeds
If you bring the dog home and it gets sick , they want to know immediately.
If you decide that you no longer want the dog, they want it returned to them

I agree with PP and want to add that you should talk to any legit vets that they deal with as a reference.
