How do you bring cookies to a party?

When I bake cookies to bring to a party, I usually buy one of those clear plastic "nice" looking trays from the dollar store to put the cookies on so I don't have to worry about taking my tray home.

What do you put your desserts on when you bring them to a party?

i do the same!

i try to shop the day after christmas for stuff like that. last year, i got a truck load of plastic serving trays at target. they were $1 a piece. this way, i'm ready for the holiday season, the tray is festive, and i don't have to worry about it coming home with me.

I get a nice serving tray, preferably holiday-oriented if it's a holiday, and wrap it in festive cellophane with pretty ribbon.

Same as you!

For Christmas I'd buy a new plate and give it to the hostess as a gift...
