How do you deal with??
I was wondering how many of you got a perm. sub position and now other school districts are calling and wanting you to come in for interviews. How did you handle it? Take the day off schedule it for after school?? etc.

Take off. Most districts understand that you need to do this. If you can schedule after school that's another thing, but if not I would def take off.
