how do you figure out the time you O, if your cycle is irregular?
hope i didnt confuse you..lol
ok, i always had written down when i got AF.. and its always near or on the 28th day.. does that make me irregular?
and how do you calculate to figure out when you O? without using the OPK. i always have been going by the 14th day..
is there a way to do this??

If it's always on or around the same day, I would think you are pretty regular...have you signed up for my monthly cycles? I just plug my info in and it either bases your projected 0 date on your stored information or a classic 28 day cycle- you choose.
I think the more dates you plug in, the more accurate it is, so if you have your last couple or period dates, maybe put them in and see what it says.....

I would try mymonthlycycles as PP mentioned, or fertilityfriend.com
Enter in your past AF dates and it should do all the calculations for you.
