how do you freeze/thaw out your homemade baby food?

Once I make the food, I will put individual servings into ice cube trays, then what? Do I transfer them to plastic bags? How do you thaw your food out? Thanks!!!

i freeze in ice cube trays, then pop out into freezer bags, label and date them and then when i'm ready to feed him, i take out 3-4 cubes (he's been eating a lot lately) and i put them in the gerber bowls that have the lids. i snap the lid, put it in warm water and wait for it to thaw. i also shake the contents vigorously to speed things up

not sure if it's right or wrong..just the way i do it

Isn't it obvious?

I would freeze the food in ice cube trays...pop them out into a ziplock bag, label the bag with exp. date (6 weeks from the day I made it) then just thaw a few cubes out in the microwave.

I do the same thing. I try to not use the microwave. I am paranoid about that for some reason.

I put the cubes in small pyrex bowls and heat in the microwave.
