How do you get a bad taste out of your mouth?
I mean that literally.
I had a Veggie & Cheese sub from Quiznos last night and it had a TON of red onions on it.
It tasted good then, but everything I've eaten since tastes like onions still.
I tried Listerine, mints, milk, but everything still tastes like onions.
Do I just have to wait for it to go away.
I feel like I smell like onions.

ugh I always feel like that after I cook with or eat garlic, I can never figure out how to make it go away.
did you try gum?

that's b/c you're burping up the onions. I HATE THAT! sadly, you just have to wait until it passes through your system.

Yep - gum got the taste out of my mouth for about 30 seconds. Then it was back!

I've read that apples and cheese (like cheddar) neutralize bad breath.
ButI think that coffee trumps everything. That or a lot of altoids.

Either one.
Parsely neutralizes odors. I usually just chew on it and swallow the leaves and then throw away the stem

I'm going to have a lunch of Apples, Parsley and Cheddar Cheese!
And chase it with some decaf coffee and a tin of altoids!!
Anything to get rid of this taste!!!
