how do you go about making a donation in someones name ....
to the cancer society? how does the family know you did it for them?

i did this for my wedding favors. they send you a card with the person's name on it and that your gift is in there name. you could mail the card to the family or ask them to send one.
just go to the American Cancer Society page and there should be a link with donation info. and the person to contact. SO easy!

Donation on line
If done on line with this form, select for a memorial donation or in honor of someone. Then ask for the family to be acknowledged & provide a name & address of who to acknowledge it to. Or you can do it by mail.
