How do you keep your bakery rolls fresh in the house?
I usually buy fresh rolls on Sunday but tuesday/wednesday they are not so good anymore...the texture is different. I keep them out on the counter in a ziploc. I don't want to freeze them b/c I like them there and ready when I need one.
Is there any way to keep them fresher longer? What should I put them in? TIA!

My solution.....I eat them all
j/k - I bought the Reynolds hani-wrap...it's that little vacuum that sucks all the air out of the bags.....It keeps the bread a lot longer
