How do you know when to change nipples?
DD is 10 weeks old and for the past week or so, it seems it's taking longer for her to drink her bottles. How do you know when to move to the next level nipple? I know they say around 3 months. Is it too early? I am using Dr. Brown's bottles.

I cahnged when he was taking FOREVER to finish a bottle, and falling asleepp on it. Go with your gut. You could prob up the flow now.

With my DS, he would get frusturated and start turning his head etc...My DD is almost 5 months and is still happy with the slow flows...

DD has always been a slow eater, but when it was getting to be almost a 2 hour ordeal and then her getting frustrated at the nipple, we switched to Level 2 nipples. She was probably about 2.5 months.
