I have a low sodium level and high cholesterol. This is my ideal sandwich LOL!

Ok...I think I have to answer this thread since I keep seeing it EVERY day and it's making me hungry...
I have a couple that I switch off on...
1. Egg whites & tomato on toasted buttered whole wheat toast.
2. Fried egg (messy) on a buttered roll with ketchup & S&P.
