I am looking for a really good stuffing recipe. How do you make yours?

How do you make your stuffing?

I use the potato bread stuffing mix, Martin's. I take a roll of Jones breakfast sausage and fry it up. Once it starts to cook I add diced onions, carrots and celery. I drain the fat and add the stuffing mix. I also add 2 diced granny smith apples. I add enough chicken stock to make it moist. It's pretty close to the amount on the directions.
