How do you NOT pee for 4 hours B4 taking an OPK?
I don't think I can go that long in the afternoon!!

what i found to be best was i'd wait until after lunch...around 1:00 - i'd start the hold. at 4:30 - i leave work to go home....and by the time i get home - it was time to go....
so you lose 30 minutes in the drive - (taking your mind off of it too)...

i dont usually have a problem.. i just make sure i pee right before the 4 hour hold starts.. and then i completely stop drinking for that time.. it gets easy... you just have to occupy yourself

I hear ya....I broke down the 1st 2 days, once at 3 and then at 3:30....I'm testing between 3-4:30... and I stop pee-ing at about 12/1pm
Today I'm holding out until 4pm!  and I've GOTTA GO!!

I would love to do that this month; it would be so much easier to do it when I wake up. Is it accurate to do this though? My CBE digital says to take it in the monring. ??

I thought you should test in the afternoon, early evening?  Morning would be ideal!!

It's horrible.
I try to go out around 2 (last pee is usually 1:30) and then I will go around 4:30. I usually only hold it for 3 hours. Anything more then that is just a miracle!

hey i had one hour left before it hit 4 hrs and i forgot and peed so no testing today cuz i cant stop peeing just gonna keep bd all week wish us all luck

I only do a three hour hold. As long as you cut down your drink intake, you should be fine.

It worked for me when I got pregnant with DS. The directions with the digital say it's fine to take it in the morning. The only place I've seen it say it was better in the afternoon was LIF.
