I have been following WW for almost a year now and have lost 30 lbs. I don't think that's a lot for doing it for a year. There is a girl in my meeting that has lost 90 lbs & did it in 16 months. She eats out all the time and does not work out. She looks fab! I know for the past 10 weeks my routine has been off b/c I am in school. I need to find my motivation again. How do you stay focused?
