How do you stop????
For those of you who have hit your goal weight, how do you stop yourself from losing too much weight? I have lost a lot of weight and I am proud of myself, but lately I have been wondering if I have lost too much weight. I am 3-4 lbs. under the healthy weight range for my height, but everytime I step on the scale and see that I have gained a pound or two, I start to freak out because I am afraid I will gain all the weight back. How do you maintain a healthy balance ladies?

I've never reached my goal weight, but I'm really good at maintaining my weight after a large loss. I basically diet during the week, and I am lenient with myself on the weekends. I find that this sort of balances it out and I stay the same weight overall. I only weigh myself once a week.

Story of my life!! Losing weight feels GREAT. But lose too much and it's just not healthy. I've been trying hard to find a balance. I've found that when I started to lose to much, I'll make an effort to gain a little. Then I'll lose it again. I have about a 4lb range I stay in. It allows me to gain a little (and indulge) and then lose it again. For the most part I've been doing VERY good staying the same weight. It's hard and has taken me about 2 years to find that balance (and I'm still working on it).
