How do you store toys with lots of little pieces?
DD just had her 4th b-day party and all of a sudden my world is filled with tiny toys with a ton of teeny tiny pieces like Zoobles and Littllest Pet shop.
How do you store things like this? They really should come with little cases.

Gallon sized ziplock bags. I do this for all of DS' puzzles and it works out really well.

Gallon sized ziploc bags for puzzles. Also, those small tuperware like containers. They are the size of a shoe box. You can find them in Walmart for $3.
For larger clumps of same type of things, I got those 3 drawer systems. All the pieces to his Imaginext go into one, his hot wheels into another, etc.
ETA: He can take the full drawer out himself and play with that stuff. Then he puts it all back into the cabinet. That way we let him know only one drawer at a time.

I use photo boxes or plastic stacking boxes.

Ziploc bags. Works great for anything! We use them for puzzle pieces, for balls and shapes that come with toys, etc. I use 1 bag per toy so that it's easy to get the right pieces when he wants to play with that toy.

Littlest Pet Shop does have a case. We have one -not that the pieces stay in there, but we have one.

I put all little piece toys in it's own Ziploc bag and then they are "organized" (sometimes ) in different bins in the following storage containers:

Re: How do you store toys with lots of little pieces?
Hi I bought for my kids small plastic bins at target for stuff with small pieces. They are great because they fit nicely in cabinets and even drawers. I can even fit them under furniture. You can buy cute cases for toys but i usually find these just get mixed in with the toys and they are usually bulky.I have crayons in one, automoblox in another, and cars in another.
