How far do you live from where you grew up?
I grew up in Brooklyn and currently live in Franklin Square, not too far away but I'm house hunting in Suffolk now.

I grew up in West Islip and now live in Pt Jeff so about half an hour or so. Moving further east didn't bother me nearly as much as going from south shore to north shore did.

I grew up in NJ and I live in Suffolk now! Ironically I was born about 3 miles from where I live, but we moved to NJ when I was 6 months old!

At the moment, about 25 miles from my hometown. Grew up in Nassau, moved to Queens. We're about to move to Putnam Co. which will be about 75 miles from where I grew up.

I lived in port jefferson station growing up now i am in lake grove i would say 10 minutes from there not far at all!

grew up in northport, now live in huntington. so 10 minutes away! dh grew up in melville, so he has the same 10 minutes. but it was my mom who did the moving! she's 2 hours away in montauk. stinker!

its literally the next neighborhood over. I've gone to the same 711 all my life (except when i was in albany for school.. but that doesn't count).
