we're in the midst of doing Ella's room. We painted her walls yellow, and here's her bedding:
(we can't decide on a rug color - I welcome suggestions... ) Image Attachment(s):

Re: How have u decorated your toddler girls' rooms?
This is only losely what you are asking but Im going to jump on this anyway..
Long story short Caden has never had a bedroom. We are about a week out to his room being ready. Since Im decorating for a baby that will soon be a toddler Im planning ahead to what his needs will be..Giving him a room that will grow with him as he gets bigger..
For a toddler that will soon be a little girl I would do the same...
Perhaps a pale pink with some nice crown molding and a chair rail..perhaps some tone on tone stripes for the lower part of the wall?? I nice little chandelier for the ceiling fixture?? Some white simple bedding with a sham and a dust ruffle..then you can throw in the extras...you could then do princess artwork and some princess throw pillows. Or perhaps a ballet theme..Or flowers....

Molly has a princess theme room. We used the Disney colors from Home Depot or Lowes. Here are some photos. It was actually pretty easy to create it all. Molly's room
These were taken just as we almost finished it.

Re: How have u decorated your toddler girls' rooms?
Oh, good question.. Although I have no idea when we'll make the next move with their rooms... I think I am keeping L in her crib at least another year, unless she decides otherwise... I am so not ready for her in a bed! But I want something very girly, and I want antique white furniture for her.
Lisa - i love pale green with yellow, so thats what color rug I would go with.

Re: How have u decorated your toddler girls' rooms?
We got rid of the ugly torch lamp and got a cute one thats not in the main pictures. We rent so we didn't bother painting.
Her and Caleb's foot and hand prints on the left:
This lamp is now on the dresser:
I made this to match her bedding (there was a sticker on the frame when I bought it, I am too lazy to scrape it off, thats what the black stuff is):
