Moms of toddler girls, Let's talk barettes!

What barette do you use on DD's hair? I am so afraid she will put it in her mouth but her hair is getting so long now, she really needs one. Which ones stay in? which ones are NOT $15 per barette? TIA!

I had gotten a whole bunch of the No Slippy Hair Clippy ones, at $8 a piece Chat Icon They are great, but heavy, and she could feel them on her thin hair and would always pull them out. I was in the hair care section of Bed Bath and Beyond a month ago and found the old-fashioned (the ones I wore as a kid) Goody barrettes. They are light, and she keeps them in!

I bought a box of these kinds ...

I have plenty which I should just send to you b/c my DD will not leave anything in her hair Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon she pulls it out the second I put it in and pig tails forget it she screamed bloddy murder and cried her eyes out.
